Will be responsible for end to end internal staffing/resource management for allotted accounts which includes planning, identifying and allocating resources for projects.
Will have to interact with delivery managers and business managers to understand resource requirements.
Will have to interact with resources/employees for explaining projects and setting expectations in terms of role, duration etc.
Coordinate with various departments like recruitment, training, visa and employee relations for smooth functioning of RM activities.
Will have to work on multiple reports hence needs to be adept with excel
Candidate should be flexible to a certain extent as he/she should be willing to stretch in terms of work hours whenever required.
Good communication skills- Verbal & written, need basis have to interact with onsite counterparts hence
Project Management: Focus on right skill right job fitment while ensuring the resource at the right time
Engagement: Steer events which create a culture of One-team, through strong networking, interaction, etc.
Drive relevant strategies to the business teams; understand the business context, formulate and execute appropriate strategy and approach to address the business situation
Develop/ own comprehensive end to end solutions to address business problems; drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems
Independently manage end to end communication with business leader, business leader staff, HR and Recruitment and Competency functions to ensure availability of Right Talent at the Right Place on Right Time. Manage the employee strength, manpower & resource mobilization and partnering with Recruiting and HR to fulfill Manpower need
Help in creating and manage the relevant financial budget
Reporting the performance w.r.t key parameters to the senior management regularly at Staff meeting and other forums as needed
Lead and drive Talent Mobility initiatives in the organization and meet/ beat the annual organizational goals
knowledge and working experience on all aspects of the Visa and Immigration Service, ensuring that the process runs smoothly
Must take full responsibility of all Visa,Travel issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of Business service.
