Proven experience as a campaign specialist who has handled performance campaign on both social and search network Strategize and conceptualize for campaign performance based on objective of the campaign and building sales funnels. Identifying misses and opportunities for the campaigns and with clients. Planning (identifying the right channel, budgeting, targeting, timing) Build and optimise campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn (search and social networks). This includes optimising, tracking and daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign performance review. Tasks also include, building campaigns, conduct keyword and audience research, review and edit ad creative/copy, and manage budgets/bids to maximize return across keywords and audiences. Continuously improve performance through testing, leveraging campaign analytics and maximize ROI for the campaigns. Lead digital marketing efforts for customer acquisition campaigns.Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize resultsDesired profile of the candidate

• Prior experience of handling paid campaigns on Facebook to drive traffic, Page Likes, etc.
• Campaign management
• Experience with A/B creative and landing page testing
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in paid media
• Ability to work well in high pressure situations and maintain a positive demeanor
• Proven track record for being a fast learner who is constantly striving to find a more efficient way to complete a task
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google AdWords, e-mail marketing & app marketing is a plus
• Knowledge/hands on experience on Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager/Page Manager, Google Analytics, Bing Ads
