As a Centre Head at Unimonks, you will be an integral part of our mission to deliver affordable and innovative education. You will have the opportunity to work with faculty and staff across departments in order to build and maintain a high-quality academic environment.

You will play a key role in developing and implementing academic policies and procedures designed to ensure each student’s success.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and manage comprehensive academic plans

2. Collaborate with departments to ensure successful implementation of academic programmes

3. Monitor and evaluate academic performance of faculties.

4. Assist in the facilitation of student learning experiences

5. Ensure compliance with syllabus.

6. Facilitate communication and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students

7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

8. Development and execution of marketing strategy.

9. Academic Booklet conceptualization and maintaining the standard of it by giving feedback to the content writer.

10. Any other responsibilities assigned.

An ideal candidate is one who have qualified UPSC mains and 1-2 years of experience in coaching/education industry.
