Job Description:
Responsibility:
Analyze and select most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing
Develop global supplier base to cover all requirements of BUs and Plants
Cost estimation of sourced parts
Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule and quality
Coordination with R&D, Product development and Quality for the localization specification and agreement
Work closely with Operations team to support strategic sourcing projects
Functional Area:
Purchase & Vendor Management
Candidate Requirement
Strong basics in Electronics / Electrical engineering
Knowledge on functioning of Electrical and Electronic components / architecture
Strong negotiation skills, knowledge on costing and planning
Strong in Purchase activities of machine tool industry
Good knowledge on Quality Systems
Ability to work in a team and willingness to travel as business demands up to.
