Job Description – Bharatnatyam trainer (Remote)
This is a remote position.
This job is to teach “Bharatnatyam” online to international and domestic students.

Position: Bharatnatyam trainer (Remote)
Age: 20-45yrs
Qualification: Master’s degree (MA) in Bharatnatyam or degree/diploma/certification from a recognized institute or well-trained under the guidance of Guru
Experience: 2-10yrs of teaching exp
Working schedule: 6days a week/ 5hours a day is compulsory

PREFERRED SKILLS:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching bharatnatyam dance is desirable for beginner level and at least 10years of experience for advanced level

2. Working knowledge of Carnatic music, tala systems is a must

3. Proficiency in dance theory particularly Abhinaya Darpana

4. Working knowledge of Yoga to aid the dancers learn basic Asanas along with the ability to enable them to do poses without any injury

5. Familiarity with the model of ISTD exams is an added plus

6. Working knowledge of Sanskrit language and Indian Sanskriti is required

7. Ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents, and administration

8. Ability to handle students with different backgrounds and levels of learning stage

9. Comfort with technology based Online Learning (using the internet & computers). You should have LAPTOP and high-speed broadband connection and a required setup at your home.

10. Good communication skills in English and regional languages.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selected candidates would need to be flexible with timings and give 5 hrs on the platform.
• Candidates should be available to work on weekends.
• Educates students by planning and course of study, according to the curriculum guidelines of the academy.
• Monitors, assists, corrects, and grade student results by preparing assignments and conducting standardized tests in collaboration with the Subject matter experts.

• Power back-up

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
