Role and Responsibilities
1. Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners,
1. Co-ordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients,
1. Screen & direct phone calls and distribute correspondence,
1. Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings,
1. Schedule meetings & appointments and manage travel itineraries,
1. Take minutes during meetings,
1. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner,
1. Format information or prepare corporate documents for internal & external communication,
1. Organize and maintain the office filing system, paper & electronic documents,
1. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clients,
1. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Graduation/Post Graduation degree or equivalent degree or certification
1. Experience in assisting top-level management
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
1. Excellent organizational skills.
1. Knowledge of MS Office
1. Time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹400,000.00 per year
