Proven and successful experience in production management

Planning and organizing production schedules

Assessing project and resource requirements

Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and GM.

Determining quality control standards

Overseeing production processes

Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials

Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Liaising with vendor and marketing and other staff

Supervise production team members performing production operations.
