Role & Responsibilities: –
 Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
 Prepare and deliver appropriate demos on products and services
 Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs of software and other IT services
 Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
 Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
 Take the extra mile to engage customers
 Installation of software
 Implementation of software, printer, barcode.
 Provide training to the client.
 Manual testing of software if needed

Requirement: –
 Basic knowledge of accountancy
 Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Client Service Representative
 Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
 Excellent communication and presentation skills
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 Experience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word)

Job Location: –
157, 5th floor, tower-A, Corenthum, Noida, Sector-62,
Work Timings: 09:30 to 18:30 (Mon-Fri)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
