Position Name: PHP Software Developer (on contract) WFH
Location: Bangalore

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Description of the opportunity and position
Understand our existing software product.
Troubleshoot, debug, fix, and improve/ upgrade existing software.
Keep monitoring and updating the software based on feedback and bugs identified.
Bring out clean, efficient code based on specifications.
Test the software and deploy programs and systems.
Help us build new software based on new requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS: The knowledge, skills & abilities needed for the position may be required (Cannot hire someone without these qualifications) or desired

REQUIRED:
PHP Software Developer or similar role with expertise in CodeIgniter and WordPress.
A minimum of 4+ years of exp is required for this position.
Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
Knowledge of coding languages and frameworks/systems
Ability to learn new languages and technologies
Excellent communication skills
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
Attention to detail

DESIRED:
The ability to use your initiative.
The ability to work well with others.
Experience working on mobile application/web development
Experience working with – react native, JavaScript, and CSS would be an added advantage.
Ability to reprioritize workload under short deadlines.
Ability to multitask.
Working on several projects, sometimes under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
