1.Authorized to sign all training related documents
2. Planning, scheduling & conducting training programs for new recruits/for existing employee &
contract employee by self/internal or external faculty.
3.Coordinating for planning, scheduling & conducting the operator training & pre-employment
training/induction program for fresher candidate.
4. Preparation of training material, delivery of training and evaluation of training effectiveness for
the site.
5.To organize the external trainings as per the requirement of organization.
6.To assist for the preparation of annual central/departmental training calendar.
7.Conducting training sessions on identified training activities by using approved document and
/or / training materials.
8. To monitor the training need identification, effectiveness of training, maintain training records
and department training manuals.
9. To organize & train the faculty (Trainers/SME) for developmental programs.
10.Certified/qualified trainers at site by giving Train the Trainer training.
11. Ensuring all SOP’s made effective within 1 month of its release for training & 100 % training
within 45 days.
12. To provide a lean culture by having trainings related to Lean & Six Sigma.
13.Conducting Situational based training in every block every month.
14.To explore all the possibilities to strengthen a learning culture by executing training on
relevant programs.
