Designation: Server Support Engineer – Feild Support
Location: Jamshedpur
Qualification: Any Degree/Diploma
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
*IBM Certified Field Engineer (will be an added advantages)
Roles & Responsibility:
- Should expertise in AIX platform.
- Manage, Admin & Break Fix IBM P-Series servers.
- Should be able to analyze the logs, identify the problem and replace the required hardware.
- Should be knowledable on IBM storage. Manage, Admin & Break Fix.
- Should be knowledable to co-relate the hardware functioning across the physical and logical domains of the servers.
- Troubleshoot, test, and analyze complex issues
- Should be ready to work in any of the Sureworks Locations
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹350,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
