1.Setup laptop physically and remotely as per organization requirement.2. Working knowledge of any tools like Qradar for Ticketing process.3. Co-ordinate with vendor and make resolution of the ticket if require.4. Working knowledge of antivirus like Crowdstrike.5. Maintaining of Asset Register for all devices like User Laptop & Server.6. Daily user laptop problem and solution.7. Hands-on experience of installation & configuration with different flavor like Windows client & Linux – Ubuntu, Redhat Etc.8. Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.9.
