T Consulting Hiring for Finance Manager at Ambāla Full Time

Finance & Accounts –

Ø Supervising all Routine Accounts (AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Asset & Inventory) Jobs and timely and accurate finalization of books of accounts.

Ø Well versed with GST and Income Tax Act wrt. TDS and other aspect of foreign payments

Ø Coordinating with Month end, Quarter end & Year end Closing of books, including accruals and account reconciliations

Ø Responsible for monthly reviews, annual audit, IT automation, annual budget process and implementing business plans and programs

Ø Formulating SOP/ validation mechanism for critical parameters.

Ø Timely & accurate preparation and submission of MIS including Cash flows, and Variance analysis.

Ø Ensure a budget monitoring system & Verify POs issued by Purchase team.

Ø Supporting Marketing and Procurement functions for Customer & Vendor Reconciliation.

Ø Ensure compliance to Direct & indirect taxes.

Ø Ensure timely completion of statutory audit. Ensure ERP finance modules are operated as per SOP and any issues are analyzed and resolve.

Ø Bring in operational efficiency by re-engineering finance processes.

Ø Financial Planning & MIS

Ø Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Capex budgets/forecast, monitoring actual performance with budgets and variance analysis.

Ø Support the Cash flow plan for year/ quarter/ Month.

Ø Carry out financial analysis by providing expert strategic financial advice, interpretation of financial and accounting policies.

Ø Present accurate, timely and relevant financial information and other disclosures to plant management and BOD.

Ø Banking & Working Capital Management

Ø Develop Plan, Support and Monitor the function to ensure timely payment/disbursement of funds and following up for collections.

Ø Co-ordination with other departments for fund requirement and disbursement.

Ø Review and monitor Inventory levels, Creditors payables and Accounts Receivable to optimize working capital.

Ø Fixed assets accounting and Capital Expenditure

Ø Ensure monitoring for capital expenditure with Capex budget.

Ø Maintaining Fixed asset register and conduct Physical Verification as per company policy.

Ø Ensure Capital spending at the plant is in line with related approvals.

Costing/Audit

Ø Verify product costing covering –bill of material, overheads and hourly rate

Ø Internal Audits & Controls, and Internal Financial Controls

Ø Ensure compliance to finance policies.

Ø Ensure compliance Internal Financial Control program of the company.

Ø Review of finance process to optimize efficiency and comply to internal control frame work

Ø Monitor compliance with and assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.

Ø Ensure timely closure of all open issues / observation of Internal audit & RCM audit

Ø Inter unit reconciliation and settlement.

Ø Application and getting for BRC, FPS scheme, duty draw back etc. Collection of all export documents from CHA and submit bank for availing BRC.

Ø Assist the development of finance ownership and custodial culture, including training to staff.

Ø Monitor the trends and developments to optimize use of ERP for MIS and Reporting.

Ø Liaise with the external auditor on plant audit

General

Ø Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.

Ø Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.

Ø Achieve a proper mix of equity and debt to minimize cost and maximize operational profit.

Ø Prudently make investments on assets that maximize returns.

Ø Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.

Ø Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking, and reports.

Ø Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

Ø Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹13,058.11 – ₹58,907.06 per month
