Job Description

• Experience developing content in a variety of formats (text, video) for multiple channels infographics for (web, app, notifications).

• Command of SEO best practices.

• Google Analytics experience, tracking KPIs and using data to optimize content over time. Plan strategic KPIs and work closely with data analyst teams to create and interpret analytics reports.

• Ability to follow and enforce editorial style guide and brand identity guidelines.

• Experience creating sitemaps or defining screens for an app—planning the user journey and flow for users.

• Ability to convey thoughts, gather feedback, and resolve conflicting input with clear in-person or email communications.

• Delivers accurate content on schedule.

• Experience developing a multi-faceted plan to support a new product launch or multi-channel marketing campaign.

• Experience communicating with developers and engineers, ability to collaborate regarding backend strategy.
