TBot Systems Hiring for Executive Assistant at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Full Time

The successful candidate will play a critical role in enabling the smooth functioning of the top management. Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
• Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for the CEO and other executives.
• Manage and maintain confidential files and records.
• Prepare agendas and take minutes of meetings.
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
• Provide support in organizing company events and conferences.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Experience with organizing events and conferences is a plus.
