Tech Mahindra Foundation Looking For Project Coordinator at Delhi, Full Time

Please find below the detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

● Responsible for day-to-day operations of the all centers & reporting to the TMF location team.

● Orientation & induction of the centre level project staff and students.

● Provide necessary operational support to the remaining Project Staff in the day-to-day operations of the centre.

● Regular coordination with program coordinators of DSEU across all locations to ensure effective

execution of TMF project.

● Responsible for maintenance of all the documents/records as per the SOP/Agreement/ Annexure

and data compilation and reporting to TMF as per the requirement.

● Update SMART-MIS on regular basis.

● Update SMART – PMS on regular basis.

● Conduct performance review of all the project staff and report to TMF

● Monitor completion of recommended curriculum and assessments in the classrooms on regular

basis.

● Responsible for upkeep of Assets.

● Participate in the capacity building programs organized for the Project Staff

● Participate in the review meetings with TMF.

● Monitor and evaluate the performance of the trainers, making necessary adjustments for

improvement.

● Collaborate with local stakeholders, including communities, NGOs, and government agencies.

Desired Skill Sets:

● The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, skill development.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with Govt

Institutions.

● Expertise Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be advantageous.

● Proficient in the skilling sector.

● Proficient in MS Office.

Qualification: Preferably a master’s degree in business administration, Project Management, PGDM, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in project management, skill development, preferably in the institutions/ colleges.
