Assist in the processing and documentation of gold loan applications.

Ensure accurate and timely disbursal of gold loans after conducting necessary checks (e.g., KYC, gold valuation, etc.).

Maintain proper documentation and records for all loan transactions.

Assist in gold evaluation, ensuring accurate assessment of gold’s value based on weight, purity, and market rates.

• Customer Service & Relationship Building:

Provide exceptional service to customers by responding to their inquiries and guiding them through the loan application process.

Address customer concerns and escalate issues to senior officers when needed.

Educate customers about the gold loan products, terms, interest rates, and repayment options.

• Compliance and Risk Management:

Adhere to all internal policies and legal regulations governing the gold loan business.

Assist in the safe custody and storage of pledged gold, ensuring security and compliance with company standards.

Support the team in conducting regular checks to prevent fraud and ensure the accurate valuation of pledged gold.

• Sales Support:

Assist in promoting gold loan products and services to new and existing customers.

Help in achieving monthly targets by identifying and following up on potential leads.

Participate in marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.

• Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the branch team and assist with the daily operations of the branch.

Help in maintaining a smooth workflow by coordinating with internal teams, such as operations and compliance.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of gold loan services.

• Reporting and Documentation:

Assist in preparing daily and weekly reports on loan disbursals, collections, and customer queries.

Ensure all loan-related paperwork and documents are completed and stored correctly as per company policy.

• Training and Development:

Learn and understand the procedures related to the gold loan business during the probationary period.

Attend training sessions and workshops to develop skills related to gold loan products, customer service, and compliance.
