Location/Division Specific Information

Discover Impactful Work: The Cloud Security Operations Engineer has a global responsibility to a team of dedicated engineers in charge of running, maintaining, and supporting solutions crafted to protect, detect and respond to security threats in our multi-cloud environment.

A Day in the Life:

• Responds to alerts and messaging for the improvement in the technology used

• Continuously providing insight on ways to apply the technology present more efficiently.

• Responsible for cloud security efficiency in terms of ensuring its running according to governance and compliance policies

Keys to Success:

• Ensure documentation and processes are well defined so that the engineered solutions are understood and repeatable.

• Ensure solutions are well maintained, backed up & restore tested, and consistently maintained for health

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with the team and leadership on advancing our solutions.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, systems engineering, or related field. Equivalent work experience is accepted

• Certifications not required, but encouraged: CISSP, CCSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP related certifications

• Demonstrate strong organizational and leadership capabilities

Experience

• 3+ years proven experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP

• Strong organization skills, participating in sophisticated projects

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Strong problem-solving in both ambiguous and tactical situations with a bias for action

• Validated flexibility and ability to perform in a multidimensional environment

• Strong experience in Jira and Confluence

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Dedication to excellence, high-quality standards, and attention to detail
