Role: Customer Experience Specialist
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Responsibilities:
1.You will have the responsibility of taking complete ownership in sorting out the queries of the prospective /existing investors so that he/she can invest /continue to be on our platform with no doubts/queries left in his mind.
2.You will play a key role in shaping the perception of customers about ET Money and help them invest from our platform
Skill Set Required:
1.You must have effective written and oral communication skills
2.You must have strong knowledge of MF products
3.You need to have good coordination skills and ability to work with different teams
4.You must have 2+ years of experience in MF industry
5.You must be NISM certified
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹400,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per year
