Job Role:

• Tele calling inbound and outbound Using scripts to contact both existing and prospective consumers
• Collecting customer details and other pertinent data for additional sales follow-up
• Keeping track of calls, sales, and other useful information
• Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
• Resolving queries and issues related to the services
• Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
• Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements
• Managing customers and fulfilment of clients’ requirements
• Do daily basis updating and keep track of all active as per the manager’s guidance
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
• Be a great Leader & Team player when your presence is required
• Answering client queries about project specifications and their queries
• Excellent communication & Negotiation skills
• Critical thinking & Decision-making skills on required field of work

Requirements

• Need to have at least 2 year experience in a similar role
• Need to have excellent communication and influencing skills
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients
• Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
