What You’ll Do

What You’ll be Doing Looking to hire great talent and make an impact on helping people elevate their careers in a mission and values driven global organization? In this role, you’ll meet recruiting targets in support of specific client needs. You’ll work with the recruiting team to coordinate recruiting efforts and be responsible for your own recruiting goals as well. This may include community sourcing, screening resumes and applications, scheduling onsite interviews, assisting in completing reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and completing paperwork for each new hire. You’ll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your recruitment initiatives

During a Typical Day, You’ll

· You will be hiring BPO entry-level roles

· Be a brand ambassador throughout the applicant’s journey and deliver a great candidate experience

· Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting tasks associated with each client ramp

· Review applications and update applicant data in application tracking system

· Work with cross-functional teams

· Prepare recruitment reports

· Foster an inclusive team and environment through your recruitment initiatives

What You Bring to the Role

· Minimum 2-year of experience in recruitment

· Time management skills with a focus on hitting goals and meeting targets

· Ability to articulate, interact and understand client needs and expectations

· Ability to influence others by example, coaching, and mentoring

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· High level of integrity, judgment and follow-through

· Strong attention to detail

· Should be willing to travel across India for recruitment activities
