Position: Head Projects

Responsible to: Chief Executive Officer

A. Overview of the position

We are seeking a Project Head for our Project Division to join our team! The Project Head provides the knowledge, skills, and experience required to manage the day to day field operations of any assigned remodeling project. You are responsible for the production aspects of the work and is accountable for delivering quality work that is consistent with standards, codes and the client agreement. You are also responsible for timely and cost effective project execution and for maintaining a safe work environment that is clean and orderly

B. Qualification

• Primary: BTech Engineering

• Knowledge of computers

• Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Project.

C. Experience and Skills

• Preferred 8+ Years Estimator/Project Manager Experience

• Detail-oriented, resourceful and able to manage shifting priorities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Ability to positively and effectively interact with internal and external customers and contracters

• Regular, reliable and predictable performance required

• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment

D. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement large projects, will be responsible for closing deals and execution of projects

• Key customer/client contact,Should have Government projects experience

• Communicate with Vendors and make any adjustments necessary to accommodate the project/site conditions

• Ensure deadlines and maximize/increase overall profitability of each project

• Maintain required project documentation

• Request/review project construction schedule issued by the General Contractor.

• Keep up to date on market trends, new products and the application of those products.

• Back up and support inside sales representatives and warehouse personnel as necessary.

E. Other Responsibilities

• Provide team feedback to improve process and procedure to meet project/program goals

• Provide management with information on crew and individual performance when requested*

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
