Primary Responsibilities:
Ensure automations are executing and generating throughput as per defined criteria’s and SLAs
Enable automation support engineers to provide L1, L2 and L3 level of support
Lead automation support team through ambiguous situations and facilitate as first level of technical go to person
Technology expert and help team to overcome technical huddles
Self starter and ready to write code
Initiate and Support war room situations
Incident/outage/change/problem management
Managing the BOT Operations and Infrastructure
Report metrics and analysis as per defined frequency
Periodic health check of robotic resources
Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like process improvement, BOTS utilization etc.
Coach high performing engineering team; define and track their performance goals and assume responsibility of their development and career aspirations
Excellent stake holder management

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology
8+ years of IT overall Experience
7+ years of hands on experience of development of IT application support experience on .Net /C# with fair understating on SOA architecture & RDBMS concepts
3+ years of experience in developing and maintaining RPA projects using UIPath and/or Pega Robotics; candidates must be from actual code implementation background and ready to do code as required
3+ years of team management experience, with team span of 10 direct reports
Experience in working with a support team, either RPA or IT Application support involving Citrix, Mainframes and OCR technologies
Experience in handling centralized command center, e.g. UiPath command center etc.
Hands-on experience with deployment of automation solutions; usage of CICD tools like Jenkins, Git etc.
Hands-on experience with API Swagger & tools like Postman etc.
General knowledge of SQL server 2008 and above
Knows how to prioritize requests effectively and efficiently and work with a sense of urgency
Understanding of infrastructure, both on premises as well as cloud based, e.g. VM, VDI, Azure etc.
Understanding of general IT security principle, e.g. access control, LDAP, AD integration, Single Sing On etc.
Exposure to Python and PowerShell
Familiarity with SQL interface like SQL Management Studio; Exposure to integrated tool like SSIS and SSRS
Solid troubleshooting skills and be interested in performing troubleshooting of issues in different technologies and environments
Excellent facilitation skills working with both internal and external parties
Comfortable working in a busy and dynamic environment with competing priorities
Willing to work in 24×7 environment
Effective presentation skills, meeting skills (both online and face to face), email writing skills and business etiquette
Ability to mentor and coach junior technology resources and provide guidance in ambiguous situations
Ability to write medium to high complexity SQL queries (using joins and aggregate functions), functions and procedures, running pre-defined scripts, and interpreting logs and traces
Ability to work well with business analysts, programmers, vendors and end users in cross functional teams
Ability to prioritize, schedule and complete activities with competing priorities
