Primary Responsibilities:
SharePoint Migration – Primary Skill
Install, configure, maintain, upgrade and manage SharePoint Server/Forms
Monitor SharePoint software for any glitches or problems and troubleshoots issues promptly
Provides technical support for SharePoint users
Maintains SharePoint firewalls and security
Configure all service applications such as Search, Metadata, User Profile Synchronization, etc.
Provide maintenance of various databases in SQL Server in cluster environment
Database Management for SharePoint, solid working knowledge SQL Server
Configure SharePoint services and settings
Document SharePoint configuration and architecture
Manage site quotas and file size limits, security for sites and sub-sites, site layout structure and content, system security, system patching and upgrades
Review and monitoring usage reports
Holds training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint
Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to SharePoint software
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Technical Skills
Windows operating system and hardware
Software management
Networking infrastructure services, including encryption, security zones, and firewalls
Business Analysis skills to organize and execute SharePoint projects that align with the business workflow
Basic SharePoint tools like ULS Logs, workflows to automate business processes, and SharePoint forms for tasks, such as creating expense reports
Knowledge of C# and or .Net
Proven experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2013+ administration
Experience with Office 365/Azure
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with supporting IIS and .NET application architecture
Extensive knowledge of current Microsoft programming and scripting languages, including but not limited to .NET
Extensive knowledge of multiple web technologies, including but not limited to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and XSLT
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server database management
Knowledge of network troubleshooting, fundamentals and techniques
A successful track record of solid problem-solving skills
Initiative and the willingness to bring new ideas to the table to stimulate continuous improvement
Team player with goodtime management, interpersonal and communication skills
Solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities
Extensive knowledge of system design and development concepts
Knowledge of project management principles and techniques sufficient to take lead on initiatives
