Roles and Responsibilities

• Experienced PR professional for their Corporate Communications team in

Bangalore

• The candidate will be responsible for driving core PR pillars – Corporate,

Management Profiling, product and CSR (ideating, planning and driving

media outreach for this vertical)

• Responsible for compelling campaigns aimed at creating positive brand

image for TKM while meeting crisp turnaround times

• The candidate must have proven experience strategizing, planning and

managing PR campaigns/product launches and crisis

• Measure performance of each activity and events on PR KPIs and each PR

campaign

• Explore traditional media both national and regional level as well as build

strong presence in new age media

• Ensure high quality in developing presentations, speeches, and important

corporate messages/documents for Press Releases / Forums / Articles /

Conferences

• Coordinate public relations activities with internal and external stakeholders
• Closely work with all stake holders, partner organizations for better

involvement and outcome

• Develop critical KPIs to measure success that is aligned with the company

vision

KEY COMPETENCY

• Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree
• 10 – 12 years of corporate communication / PR experience
• Fluency in English and Kannada written and spoken
• Very strong media relations with a sound understanding of

automobile industry – OEM and policy level

• Hands-on experience in crisis communications
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize and handle

multiple simultaneous tasks

• Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media,

and the larger community
