Vegnonveg is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our customer service department. Your primary objective will be to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction by proactively assisting and resolving any issues raised by our customers. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a proven track record of excellence in customer service, with a keen awareness of the latest industry trends and cutting-edge techniques. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are imperative to excel in this role.
Specific Responsibility will include:
• Skilled in problem-solving
• Empathetic and con relate to customer needs and problems
• Passionate about solving business and customer challenges while working cross- functionally
• Comfortable with working in shifts
• Innovative in written and verbal communication
• Solving refund queries basis your RCA and exceptional problem-solving skills
• Hustle with one of the most hard-working teams – being in the service industry, each day is a busy day for us and we strive in order to make sure that each customer who is raising a query with us goes back with a smile on his face
Key Responsibility:
• Handle emails, social media escalations and chat queries
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written communication skills. Must be able to punctuate and capitalize properly.
• Post Graduate/ Graduate.
• Positive phone manner throughout the day.
• Strong computer and analytical skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
