Key responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services

2. Update and maintain accurate customer records in our database

3. Follow-up with customers post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction

4. Record customer queries and complaints

5. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and sales analytics

Skills & requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling

2. Good communication skills

3. Ready to join immediately

4. Candidates from Gurgaon are most preferable

5. Candidate knows about automobiles
