Dear Candidate,

We are looking for CUSTOMER CARE executives for our various branches in Mumbai who can handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

Candidates applied prior can only apply after 6 month.

Job Responsibilities:

*Handle all incoming calls from the customers

*Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

*Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve their issues.

*Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.

*Maintain details of inquiries, comments and complaints.

*Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

*Follow up on customer interactions.

*Maintain customer database.

Candidates Requirements

12th and Above:

*Should have minimum 6 months experience. Freshers can also apply.

*Good communication skills- verbal and written (English and Hindi).

*Customer satisfaction-oriented.

*Good listening and strong interpersonal skills.

*Attention to detail and accuracy.
