Job Description
Visas Corporate IT organization is made up of several teams that all work towards the same goal: To build, operate, and maintain the IT systems and infrastructure necessary to enable a highly connected and collaborative workforce that helps power Visa’s business and prioritize delightful user experiences. We do not take orders, rather, we build deep partnerships with our business partners and champion proactive new ways technology can advance our business into the future.
The Workforce Planning Associate role resides on the Corporate IT (CIT) Business Operations team and supports contingent hiring for the entire CIT organization. The position requires an experienced business management professional with the ability to seamlessly flex between the strategic and the tactical. This position interacts with a wide range of stakeholders both within CIT and with cross-functional teams, including project managers, Finance, HR, as well all people managers.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
– Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
– Must have high level of energy and flexibility to get things done and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and often time ambiguous environment.
– Relevant work experience in a Workforce Planning or Business Operations context
– Attention to detail and analytical rigor, as well as the ability to synthesize and streamline information for executive reporting.
– Proven ability to improve efficiency, consistency and collaboration within the CIT organization and other key cross-functional stakeholders.
