Job Role- Account Receivable

Department- Finance & Logistics

Qualification- B.Com (previous work on oracle will be preferred)

Experience- minimum 1 year

Location- IT Hub, Tech Zone, Greater Noida

Working Days- 6 days

Job Description

• Responsible for Timely and accurate processing of Customer Invoices under E Invoicing and GST Compliance.
• Reconciliation with warehouse report, Customer, Vendor, Credit Note, Debit note Adjustment, Follow up with Customer, Vendor and finalization data.
• Evaluate and accounted for Receipt and Export Sale under GST Compliance.
• Strong Analytical review for accounting along with verification of Invoices in relation with Price, taxes, Agreement for Business Transaction.
• Effective Monitor on Online Customer along with their Transaction under Compliance as per Law about GST.
• Ability to resolve the Queries for Distributor and online Customer under Law.
• Maintain the proper records of General Accounting and Taxes.
• Knowledge towards accounting of advances from customer and adjustment

Key Skills Required

• Good in Excel and Receivable compliance
• Good Understanding of accounting principles and Company Policy, familiar with Oracle software.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹350,000.00 per year
