Business Support Partner of Crayds Product (Product as a service)

Partner Responsibilities

The following are some primary tasks of an technical engineer that should be seen in a technical support engineer job description.

• Engineer Profile verification.
• Coordinate with engineer for call status and co-ordinate with Crayds Core team for parts availability and delivery on client site.
• Maintain Local Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Co-ordinate with Crayds Team for Engineer Training periodically.
• Responsible for handle Local engineer and their task (Task will Automation partner can monitor and follow the engineer to perform the task as quick possible (it should be maintaining the CRAYDS SLA.
• Technical Engineer should possess the ability to learn and work on changing and emerging technologies.
• Partners keep track of users and Engineers issues until they are resolved by adhering to the agreed timelines.
• Support to engineer to resolve complex problems, engineers interact with clients through phone, emails or chats and provide unambiguously written instructions or technical manuals.
• Maintain the Engineers procedural documents and reports.
• Technical Engineer follow standard procedures of their organizations to resolve issues by escalating them to the relevant internal departments.
• provide accurate feedback to customers promptly.

Partner Skill:

Managing Skill and Location Partner (Authorize Location Partner) , Engineers and Customer Handling, Managing SCM, IT Parts spare and involve in procurement

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 48 per week
