The Opportunity

This position is critical as we are working on live database on which lacs of transactions are processed on daily basis. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to improve quality, reduce costs, build excellent solutions, and grow customer happiness.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

We need someone who have SQL and Microsoft office knowledge.

We are processing transactions for which we have received mails from client, and we need to process it with in desired time frame.

Identification of duplicate transaction, Auto rescheduling of transactions, Mandate registrations details, Track of scheduled transactions.

Provide various types of reports from system.

Should have to do follow up with IT team for technical issues.

Who Are We Looking For

Candidate should have knowledge basic knowledge of JAVA, Python.

1-3 years of experience in SQL query writing.

Excellent communication skills (spoken & written)

Should have worked on MS Office & Outlook

Strong organizational skills in planning and managing data.

Ability to interact and work effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
