As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be undertaking the ownership for clients’ social media channels to analyze, plan, strategize and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Come up with strategies, plans, and mechanics to deliver desired solutions for annual and quarterly goals
– Defining key metrics of success for socials along with clients and partners
– Researching the brands and their competitors to come up with unique insights
– Ideating concepts, ideas, and campaigns on a regular basis
– Working extensively with design teams and communicating KPIs well with them
– Managing multiple projects simultaneously, interfacing with internal and external teams
– Engaging with clients on a regular basis to understand and define goals
– Plan, Strategise and Schedule Content Calendars
– Writing copy for social media creatives
– Proactively being involved with all social channels
– Deliver timely interactions insights and social reports
– Be well-versed with all social advertising tools
– Optimise, manage and deliver results within budgets of promotions and ads
– Helping with creating in-house content for social channels
Key Requirements:
– 2 to 4 years of proven success in managing social media accounts and delivering expected results
– Impeccable understanding of all major social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, etc.
– Understanding of all extensive digital marketing marketing
– Strong relationship management, presentation, pitching, and communication skills
– Great attention to detail
– Ability to work with content creation tools like Canva, InShot, etc.
– Ability to think on feet, be proactive, and having a figure-it-out attitude
– Ability to adapt to ongoing updates and changes in social platforms
– Innate interest in trends, memes, and pop culture in general
– Ability to understand the intricacies of audio, video, and graphical production
– Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
– Strong ideation, content creation, and management skills
– Ability to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively
– Being professional with the clients and internal team members
