Experience – 10+ years’ plant operations experience from process industry/ Tool Room (And minimum 2years experience as a Plant/Section/Blanks head)

Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in the field of mechanical engineering

Functional Area – plant operations with overall responsibilities for production, maintenance, quality, Supply chain, development, projects and other production-related activities

Profile – Our organization is searching for a dynamic Plant Manager to take on the responsibility of overseeing plant activities in order to meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be accountable for all aspects of plant performance, and will ensure that objectives are attained in a cost-effective manner that’s consistent with quality requirements. He or she will also delegate authority to key supervisors in production, manage all functions involved and direct and coordinate operations for the processing plant.

Job Description – 1. Production Planning and controlling,

2. Control Inventory Calculate and Improvise OEE, Productivity and Throuput

3. Manage daily operations in our plant facility and Improve Skill Matrix .

4. Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility

5. Analyze and issue production and performance reports 6. Test and monitor plant processes

7. Customer complaints handling

8. Maintain all administrative records

9. Control costs to achieve company budget goals

10. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program

11. Create annual budget

12. Minimize rejection and rework

13. Overall improvement and development of production department.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹600,000.00 per year
