• HR Compliance Management:
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage end to end PF/ESIC/PTAX/LWF activities with 100% adherence as per prescribed timelines.
• Manage timely audits of compliance gaps and implementing corrective measures.
• Insurance Management:
• Manage the company’s insurance (GPA/GMC/GTL) programs, including enrolment, monthly data inputs collation, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers.
• Assist employees with insurance-related inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with insurance brokers to negotiate and renew insurance plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR insurance policies and employee insurance enrolments.
• Employee Benefits Management:
• Administer various employee benefit programs, such as retirement plans, wellness programs.
• Educate employees on available benefits and assist with benefit-related queries.
• HR Operations:
• Assist with payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain HRIS systems and databases with up-to-date employee information.
