Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements & paying employees reimbursement by verifying expense.
GST Returns GSTR 1 & 3B preparation, reconciliation GSTR 2A/2B with books of accounts, Filing Purchase & Sales Invoices.
Monthly TDS deposit, preparation of Quarterly TDS liability, knowledge of TDS applicability & manage form 16/16A.
Knowledge of Income Tax and assist External Auditor of company to ITR filing.
Party wise Creditors Reconciliation; MIS Reports.
Daily Bank Reconciliation.
Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment.
Handling Petty cash & routine expenses.
