What would you do?
You will be aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will be working as a part of Recruitment team which uses Talent Supply Chain Management approach to securing and optimizing talent supply and services through all input channels to meet the workforce needs of Accenture, enabling them to meet their strategic objectives. The Recruitment Process Design team focuses on finding and hiring the best-qualified candidate (from within or outside of an organization) for a job opening, in a timely and cost-effective manner. This includes analyzing the requirements of a job, attracting employees to that job, screening and selecting applicants, hiring, and integrating the new employee to the organization. The role may require proficiency across talent acquisition, international recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing, and HR outsourcing.
What are we looking for?
1. Initiate HM discussion to understand the Job Req
2. Job Posting
3. Identify appropriate sourcing channels (External and internal) and build CV funnel
4. Apply qualifying methods (Automated and traditional )to screen and qualify profiles for HM’s screening
5. Initiate and Facilitate Pre – Employment Checks(BGV, Medical) as per scope.
6. Initiate E2E Onboarding Formalities for candidates
7. Support reporting and analytics for Pre employment and Onboarding process
