As a strategist, consultant and implementer, the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities of the centre. The role is responsible for identifying future improvements / enhancements to process and systems through the gathering and analysis of existing progress and information. The role holder formulates, organizes and monitors the progress and governance at a centre level, by tracking and reporting. Collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies. Ensure all initiatives/programs are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved.

Planning and schedule management
Creation and implementation of best practice methods, processes & tools
Governance frameworks and processes
Reporting
Risk, issues and change management
Communications & stakeholder management
Develop performance dashboards and prepare reports / status updates to SteerCo members & Board members
Manage and recommend required improvements to all initiatives and programs
Maintain and track all management agreements and prepare reports
Provide support to various departments and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
Review and monitor all programs for program performance and perform regular corporate audits
Prepare various reports to identify all health risks and coordinate with change and technical manager to facilitate all follow up action.
Perform regular status cadences and tracking of progress
Collaborate with IT, finance, legal and HR to perform all associate activities and prepare appropriate summaries within required timeframe.
Ensure adherence to all project policies and standards and manage efficient timesheet and prepare required PTO reports.
Review , track and report project related metrics for governance
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide required financial updates, periodic reviews, and time reporting and ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures
Translate management information requirements into reporting and metrics solutions to generate fact-based insights and trends
Performs other related tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management related to project management.
