Basic Requirement:

• Must know MS Office
• Male/Female both can apply
• Age should be between 25 to 35 years

Job Duties:

• Weekly email communication to every sales person & management regarding ageing report of receivables O/s.
• Get revert from Sales person regarding expected receipts and reasons for late payments
• Weekly meeting with sales person regarding payments collections
• Payment follow up for the specified parties on regular basis over email communication / SMS / Whatsapp
• Issue of cheque to vendors & timely depositing customer’s cheque.
• Preparation of debtors receipt performance report on monthly basis & submit to management.
• Quarterly ledger reconciliation with customer
• Maintenance of Cash of Ahmedabad
• Maintenance of KYC of vendor & customer for master creation in the system & verification of the approved form for the same.
