Job Description

As a Right and Catalog Administrator, you will be responsible for a portfolio of artists and labels regarding all video distribution aspects. Thanks to a perfect understanding of Believe products and client’s needs, as in-depth thinking of the music market, you will be able to debug our clients’ issues and advice on best practices. You will also be utilizing Rights Management tools in order to maximize revenue for the clients.
Missions:1/ Account Management:Clients daily supportClients issue resolution2/ Rights Management:Catalog delivery to YouTube for YTAFMaximizing claims for client’s catalogManual Claiming requests3/ Internal Processes:Work closely with Video Rights and Distribution teamsAd-hoc video delivery tasksEnsure the content is being correctly monetized and irregularities freeFollow established OKRs and work together with Global Head of VideoPresent features, case studies and creative best practices to internal team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (Business, Digital Marketing, Communication or any other related)Excellent written and oral communication in EnglishDigital Rights Management experienceData-driven mindset and strong analytical skillsYouTube CMS & Social Media experience is a bonusStructured, priority-driven and with the ability to multi-task and juggle various projects at the same timePassionate about music, social media and digital marketing
