Job Description
Store Executive,
Responsible for managing and supervising all activities related to store operations, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision. Additionally, you will be responsible for store accounting and purchase accounting, billing, payment follow-up, as well as bank reconciliation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Inventory Management: You will oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are sufficient to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Sales and Customer Service: You will ensure that the store is well-stocked, well-organized, and well-maintained, and that all customers are served promptly and courteously.
Staff Supervision: You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising store staff, ensuring that they are motivated, knowledgeable, and committed to providing excellent customer service.
Store Accounting: You will maintain accurate records of all store transactions, including sales, expenses, and inventory, and prepare reports as required.
Purchase Accounting: You will oversee the purchase of merchandise, ensuring that it is sourced from reputable suppliers at the best possible prices.
Billing and Payment Follow-up: You will be responsible for billing customers, following up on payments, and ensuring that all accounts are up to date.
Bank Reconciliation: You will be responsible for reconciling the store’s bank account and ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You will also need to be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A degree in accounting or business administration would be an advantage.
