Responsibilities:
Assist with solutions & implementations
Performs relatively complex and varied assignments
Demonstrates technical/administrative expertise
Applies specialized functional area skills and basic knowledge including underlying professional/technical principles or standards
Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies required
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-4 years relevant experience
Demonstrate ability to problem solve
Customer service skills
High attention to detail
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
