Process: Tata Play, Flipkart, UIDAI, Porter, Tata Cliq, – Inbound & Outbound (Work From Home & Work from Office Both)

Broad Responsibilities/ Major Deliverables:

· Listening to and understanding the customer’s requirements.

· Provide product / service details & benefits to customers.

· Capture correct information where ever required.

· Asking the correct questions – probing and prompting the customer wherever required.

· Timely and accurate capturing all the information given by/to the customer.

· Staying current with knowledge of products/ processes & services offered by the client.· Ensure full adherence to all the quality parameters. Cooperate with other Team members, SMEs and Team Leaders. Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.

· Escalating the call to the team leader / manager, wherever desirable

· Handle escalations and irate customer in proper manner

Experience: * Fresher & Exp. Both are well come. (Minimum 6 months exp and above. *)

In any industry preferably Call Center

Age: 18 years onwards

Aptitude: Process orientation, Systems thinking.

Typing speed: 18 WPM /88 % Accuracy

Key Competencies: Good communication skill, have pleasing telephone etiquettes, Customer focus, and willingness to learn

Languages : – Bengali/English/Hindi/Oriya/Assamese/Telugu/Punjabi

Educationa Qualification: – HS & Above
