On site Operations
- Receiving daily orders from Customer Service and plan schedule for at site operation.
- Receiving/delivery cargo at Customer’s DC as per Orders timely, accuracy, safety and smoothly.
- Trigger and update all required data into system timely and correctly.
- Support CS to do plan and order for Hub operations to Manpower vendor
- Supervise and ensure outsourced Team to do Hub operations including Inbound, outbound accuracy and correctly.
- Ensure and support outsourced Team to do sorting at Hub as per instructions and requirements from Customer.
HSSE
- Ensure HSSE guidance is followed by subcontractor and outsourced team
- Ensure 5S is applied at Hub
- Understand the HSSE policy of the company
- Follow the HSSE policy of the company
- Report near misses to Manager / Supervisor
- Warehouse knowledge/expertise and operational skills.
- Excel, word computer skills.
- Communication skill, collaboration with stakeholders.
- At least two years in warehouse operation.
- Good communication in Vietnamese
- Good on site Operation Management Skills
