Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Roles & Responsibilities

Providing L1 Application Support; Monitoring, Investigating and resolving application issues along with the team in respective shifts.
Should act as an SME in driving all the serious incidents and take timely decisions when in need.
ITIL Certification is an added advantage.
Knowledge on Unix Commands and Shell Scripting.
Knowledge on MySQL, SQL.
Willing to work 24/7 shifts in rotation to take care of operations.
Should have practiced in Incident Management (ITIL V3 Certification would be an added Advantage).
Willingness to learn new stack technologies.
Batch monitoring, tracking & escalation to upstream/downstream applications.
Monitor SLAs in designated shifts and meeting SLA.
Understanding business & Operational urgency and prioritizing recovery and interim/ permanent resolution.

Requirements

Prior work experience of 4-7 yeras experience in production support is mandatory.
Should be well versed in shift lead activities.
Should have Banking Domain Knowledge (experience in Banking domain would be an added advantage).
