Full Job Description
Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners.*Managing executives’ calendars and set up meetings.Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.Coordinate and organizing data.*Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with client, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.*Schedule meetings and appointment.Organize and maintain office filing system.Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.Accurately recording minutes from meetings.Organize team communication and plan events, both internally and offsite.Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials.*Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91 7678291734
