Detailed SAN knowledge
Excellent switch administration knowledge ( Cisco/Brocade )
Excellent Administration and Implementation knowledge in ‘EMC VMAX/ HP 3PAR/Pure’
Excellent Administration knowledge in Storage replications
Basic knowledge on Performance analysis factors of Storage Arrays
In-depth knowledge of using SYMCLI (Symmetrix Command Line Interface)
Solving complicated Hardware cases and Liaising with Hardware Vendor support
Good trouble shooting skills and identify severity of the issue, Ability in Resolving issues quickly >> account/customer satisfaction and Prepare RCA
Strong knowledge on ITIL Processes.
Certifications in relevant technologies (Add on)
Service Now ticketing tool knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Key focus is the daily storage operations with the following core responsibilities:
System Monitoring
Troubleshooting
Storage Provisioning
Performance Monitoring
Incident/RITM Handling
Change Management
Agreed Service Level Agreement turn-around
Regional Operational Handover
