Eaton Hiring for Associate Analyst Indirect Sourcing ( Capex) at Pune, Maharashtra, India Full Time

Job Description

1. Implement and execute on CapEx commodity sourcing strategies to effectively leverage Capital Indirect spend.
2. Implement strategies aligned with latest internal and external environmental, market and economic factors. Build and maintain organizational consensus and alignment to the commodity strategies.
3. Negotiate and manage key strategic supplier agreements, cost negotiations and relationships
4. Responsible to maintain supply continuity via risk identification and mitigation.
5. Develop positive relationships with suppliers and demonstrates Eaton’s ethics, values and philosophy.
6. Develop strong positive ethical relationships with suppliers & adhere to Eaton’s Code of Conduct.
7. Responsible for supplier reduction / tail spend suppliers
8. Ensure the monthly reporting/BSC update on time
9. Responsible to drive cost out to achieve SCM objectives and ensure CODB update on time.

Qualifications

Bachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management. 5-7 years in Supply Chain Management preferably in Indirect Sourcing with categories like Professional Services, CAPEX, Facilities, MRO, Energy, Packaging, IT & Telecom. Certification- Any certification in supply management like CPSM, CSM is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent knowledge with MS office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project) Conflict Management, Negotiation, Market Analysis, Ability to work under tough situations, High Impact Communication, Global exposure, tech savvy.
