- Ensure that vehicles are repaired as per Reapir Order and instruction.
- Undertake diagnosis & repairs on vehicles with electromechanical systems
- In case any extra repair needs to be done, inform Floor Controller and take his concurrence before doing the same.
- Share best practices / important observation with the team in meetings.
- Ensure high quality of work and care for customer’s safety to improve customer satisfaction.
- Minimize repeat repair.
- Improve workshop productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure all the SOP’s are adhered during diagnosis and repair.
- Keeping the workstation clean and tidy thereby ensuring high level of housekeeping (3S).
