Position: Database Administrator
Experience: 5+ years

Job Summary
· 3+ years experience in PostgreSQL
· Expertise in SQL, DML and DDL
· Understanding of query planning
· Knowledge of PostgreSQL tuning and optimization parameters
· Must have working experience in monitoring and administration of should be proficient in programming (including scripting or coding), SQL and relational databases
· Experience as DBA in high-load, large-sized production DB
· Must have experience in PostgreSQL database architecture, logical and physical design, automation, documentation, installs, shell scripting, PL/ SQL programming, catalog navigation, query tuning, system tuning, resource contention analysis, backup and recovery, standby, replication, etc
· Knowledge of shell scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl)
· Knowledge of Python is plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
